By accessing or using tickling.eu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

tickling.eu is a community platform and directory for enthusiasts. The Platform provides forums, stories, blog posts, and a directory listing. tickling.eu does not host, store, or distribute media content. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal under EU or applicable national law.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Spam, advertise, or post unsolicited promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users\u2019 accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant tickling.eu a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and reproduce your content within the Platform.

Copyrighted material: You may not upload, embed, or link to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. tickling.eu does not host user-uploaded media files. Any infringing content will be removed upon valid notification.

7. DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to admin@tickling.eu containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review and respond to valid notices promptly.

8. Moderation

The Platform is community-moderated. Moderators may edit, move, or remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines. Moderation decisions are made in good faith and are not subject to appeal, though you may contact admin@tickling.eu to discuss.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tickling.eu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting admin@tickling.eu.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
